He serves as CHRO and VP of HR and Administration at JB Poindexter. He holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and has led global HR transformations. That background means he has sat across the table in union negotiations, planned workforces through market cycles, and built HR functions that hold up in the field, on the plant floor and in the boardroom.
