Engagement Terms Come from a Signed Agreement
Every KNS engagement is governed by a signed agreement between KNS Associates, LLC and the client. That agreement, not this website, sets the scope of work, fees, confidentiality obligations and responsibilities on both sides. Nothing on this site changes, replaces or adds to a signed agreement, and if the two ever appear to conflict, the signed agreement wins.
Limitation of Liability, in Plain Words
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided as is. Do not make significant business, employment or legal decisions on the strength of website content alone. If you rely on this site by itself, rather than on advice given inside an engagement, KNS Associates is not responsible for losses that follow. That is not us dodging accountability; inside an engagement we stand firmly behind our counsel. It is simply the honest difference between a website and an advisor who knows your company.
