Testimonials

This page will hold the words of KNS clients, collected after their engagements conclude and published only with permission. Until then, we would rather leave it honest than fill it with borrowed praise.

Why This Page Is Waiting

A testimonial is only worth reading if a real person said it about real work.

Anyone can fill a testimonials page. Stock praise, initials-only attributions, quotes no one could ever verify. You have read those pages, and as a CEO you already discount them. KNS will not publish a word here that a named client did not say about an actual engagement.

The city at dusk from above

Testimonials are collected after engagements conclude, when a client can speak to the whole arc of the work rather than the enthusiasm of a strong start. That takes longer. It is also the only version worth your time, and the only version we would want our name on.

What We Will Ask Every Client

The questions are set in advance, so the answers mean something.

Was the Counsel Clear and Candid?

Did Ken tell you what you needed to hear, including when it was not what you wanted to hear, and did you always know where you stood?

Did the Work Move the Business?

Not whether HR got busier, but whether leadership decisions got easier, people risk got smaller and the organization got stronger.

What Was the Engagement Like to Live With?

How KNS fit into your leadership team week to week: responsiveness, presence in the room and respect for your time.

Would You Recommend KNS to Another CEO?

The simplest question and the hardest one to earn. We ask it plainly and record the answer in the client's own words.

Our Attribution Standard

Every testimonial published here will be traceable to a real leader at a real company.

When testimonials appear on this page, each one will carry the client's name, title, company and industry, and each will be published only with the client's explicit permission. No initials, no anonymous quotes, no composites. If a client prefers not to be named publicly, we will thank them privately and leave the quote unpublished.

  • Full name and title of the person quoted
  • Company and industry, so you can judge relevance to your own business
  • Written permission secured before anything is published
  • Collected after the engagement concludes, never mid-project
